Invitation Letter for Wedding

I am having my wedding celebration this summer and need to invite my relatives (15-20 people) for it. Please let me know if my chances are good? Do I need to make separate letters for each person, or can do a template for whole family? Do I need to notary confirmation on each letter ( It will cost 20-25$ each). Please help with your ideas.

I don't know, if Russian need a visa to travel to Canada.
