Hi,
Can anyone please help me here? I am applying for my mother's TRV. I am a PR in Canada and living with my wife and son here. We came here last year August. I am having a permanent full time job and another part time job. My earning is around $4000 after tax. I want to bring my mother here by TRV. She is in India. She has current US B1/B2 visa, which she got -last year September. She had been in US many times in last 7 years as my sister lives there. She also went to South Africa many times as I have worked there before I came to Canada. Now when I am writing the invitation letter I have found 2 things that might cause refusal.
1. She doesn't have a job in India, not many properties, $100,000 CAD in account. My father died long back. Me and my sister is out of India almost a decade back. My mother used to stay with one of us in turn as visa was there for her. Which means she doesn't have a strong tie in home country.
2. I am having 2 jobs to support my family which might mean hardship for me in Canada.
I want suggestion about these. Also another thing, do I need to mention my salary or monthly income in the letter. Because I just want to mention my full time job.
Thanks in advance for any type suggestion.

I am not expert in this matter but i can suggest few points.
1. There is not a particular requirement of funds in her account. but there must be a healthy amount. having few property (back home) in her name shall not be an issue. But there should be some property in here name.
2. Make her visit "short" ,5-10 days. Put some iteration for nearby area visit (as a tourist). Do some online bookings for visiting places which can be cancelled latter. Short trip can be justified by having few amount in her account.
3. If you can make any logical reason for her visit (B'day, Marriage anniversary etc.) that may be helpful.

best of luck for rest things.

Thanks for the suggestion. Some property and account balance is there, not so good amount but around $25000 CAD. Online booking , I'll do that.
But my another query is that do they need my monthly salary, paystub? Will it be sufficient if I state my permanent job without stating the salary? Because I don't want to show 2 jobs.
