Invitation for Pre-Arrival services

Dear Mentor,
I submitted my PR application under SCLP (In Canada) in Jan2025. Linked application with online portal. Status tracker shows details of process :
a) Additional documents - Not applicable
b) Interview - You do not need to attend interview
c) Medical - No need, if there is any change we will update through portal
d) Biometrics- You need to give your biometrics. when we need we will update
e) Background- Not applicable
f) Final decision : we are processing your application. we will inform the final decision through online when it made

sir,
Now on May 14th I received an email to give biometrics and photo. As a compliance of mail, I received invitation of Pre-Arrival services.
I registered my info accordingly with Achev web.
may you please suggest me what is the next move ahead in context of my PR application. I am here in Canada since Feb 2024 and attached PCC from RCMP and PCC from my native country.

After a week, there is a significant change of receiving a letter by mail from IRCC with subject 'CPCM / CTDM - Inland APR Eligibility Decision Letter Fxx 000101. The letter explores about ongoing steps of background check, passport validity and medical etc. whereas online portal details shown that Medical - you don't need medical check. Background- Not applicable etc. further add that Passports validity is already sent via web page. I m confused, why there is a difference between online portal and direct IRCC mail message.
