I am a 3 year polytechnic Diploma holder from India. I am working as Software Technical Lead. I have 1 year foreign work experience and around 14 years of total work experience. Am i eligible for applying for work permit as ICT or is there a degree requirement for the application?
Also guide me if there are any other options available. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

You are eligible if your company is willing to transfer you to a role with their operations in Canada, if they are willing to complete the required paperwork, and if you meet the specialized knowledge requirement.
 
Is there any official reference website. The immigration team in our company says "Bachelors degree is minimum eligibility criteria by CHC. "
