I came here on ICT, my company didn't applied for OWP for spouse. Now as we are in Canada I applied for her OWP online (two months ago). Not sure how long will this take. People of suggesting to do Flagpoling and get OWP. Any suggestings?

What if her citizenship? If not visa exempt she doesn’t qualify for flagpoling. OWP can take many months. Unfortunate that you didn’t apply with the ICT.
