I hope someone can provide some information regarding why is it that VOs don't send out interview letters or inform their clients of upcoming interviews. My only clue that I have an interview scheduled is on e-CAS. I have no idea what time it is, the location or what documents I should have in possession for the interview.
This is getting overly frustrated. I have emailed the VO on many occasions using the word 'URGENT' in the subject line of the email and still I have not been able to gather any information.
Is e-CAS lying about the interview or is there something definitely gone wrong with my entire application. I am very close to filing a complaint about my application to the Program Manager at the VO but I am not so sure if that will be the right thing to do seeing that I will need to apply for ARC sometime soon.
As per the local MP office, there are of NO use.
I don't know where to turn or what to do next. Maybe someone can share a sample of their interview letter so I know what to gather and perhaps look out for.
Thanks.
