Interview for Quebec immigration, for applicants inside Canada (outside Quebec)

I applied for Quebec Selection Certificate under Skilled Worker.
I live in Edmonton, Alberta. I am just wondering that where my interview will take place?

Will it be inside Canada, or somewhere outside?
