I guess the interviewer immediately sends the interview minutes to the VO and when asked they say it would take 40 days to get a reply about the decision on this interview.

so one should wait 40-50 days to get a reply about his/her interview.

@jnathan.... i was informed about my interview results then and there. The officer congratulated me and told me that i can expect my medical call in about a months time since my first one is nearing expiry and he also added that your visa will be stamped by March.

hi, Faisal, Ejaz & digital game,
hope every thing is going well at your end,
can u people tell me at what category u all applied...FSW or PNP OR Arrange Employment etc ?

Sofia

I got it, the decision power was fully given to the interviewer by your VO.
sometime some Interviews are taken in in Dubai/Islamabad and referred by CHC London's VOfficer.
in those cases, interviewer VO says that he would forward the interview minutes to the referring VOfficer in i.e London and they will let the applicant know about the outcome.

thanks for sharing. I hope you have shared your Interview experience in our main Interview thread.

Yes, it was a security related interview and not a single update after that!

I donno why they ask hundreds of questions in an interview.
Come on visa officers, you cant have doubt about all the things of an applicant.
I thought if they had a doubt about 1-2 papers, they'd call the applicants for an Interview. They are asking awful lot of questions. this is very unfair.

faisal,

you have done well in your Interview I guess and the time they are taking is nothing, its the same old quota issue. pray for the best. Good luck :)
