Interview called at CHC Isl instead of PPR1... what it could be about?

I need your opinion on a question I am putting as it concerns me a lot: With my medicals expired on May 02, 2012 according to the new reform of extending medicals http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2012/ob423.asp the visa officer emailed me that since my medicals have been expired, they can be extended. However, after sending them PPR1, instead of what they asked PPR2, I am confused as there is no response so far after 2 weeks. (LVO send me direct PPR2 without PPR1, so when I emailed them back they replied me notoriously that the email was send to me by mistake and that they are not ready to receive my passports yet since my medical results have been expired, however they can be extended and that I should await further instructions). Now, before this notorious email I had send them PPR1 all by myself, since then I haven't heard anything from their side, please suggest and pray for me...

I don't want medicals to be done once again :(((

Dont worry in ko aap ka case finalize kerna paray ga and they cant hold ur for this much long this time .....

they received on 19th November 2012 and visa within 10 days
