Apply for CAIPS notes to understand the reasons why the VO has requested an Interview and prepare yourself accordingly. You can order them through your friend/relative who is residing in Canada (fees $5) or through 3rd party companies for a fees of $25-40.

Mitali

Mitali is right. You should order your CAIPS notes ASAP.

This will give you an idea that why they asked for an interview.

Primary applicant is must for interview, but it's better if both of you go for it, just in case they want to ask something from your spouse.

Thanks

Relative is not rquired to order CAIPS. I usually use this service to order CAIPS

http://www.caips.ca/

There are some other providers, you can google it. But if you apply through your relatives, the process will only cost you $5.00

Thanks

Hi Farheen,

If you are living in Canada you can order your CAIPS notes or on behalf of someone else for $5 under the Privacy Act.

1) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf
This is the latest form for requesting CAIPS. It has the option of Credit card payment.
Complete the form:

a) Visa post (e.g. Buffalo, NY etc.)
b) File number (e.g. BXXXX..)
c) Date of Birth
d) Your Postal address (In Canada address only)

2) Check on the box for the CAIPS or GCCMS notes request in the form.

3) Provide a photocopy of your valid legal stay in Canada (Work permit/visa or details of PR /Citizenship in Canada (Person requesting).

4) Write a cover letter requesting the notes (Person who requests writes that).
5) Consent letter from all the people in the PR application above the age of 18.
6) Write a cover letter (Authorization letter with the details of the person who would get it for you)
7) http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5476e.pdf
Fill the above form as well.
8) Scanned copies are accepted, so you can scan and send all your docs to your relative in Canada.
9) Credit card payment form :

IMM 5667 (04-2011) E
10) Your relative can email them all the docs along with his cover letter to
atip-aiprp@cic.gc.ca
Or Post it to:

Farheen

hI FARHEEN,
IT COULD BE DONE THRU ANY ONE WHO RESIDES IN CANADA OR PERMANENT RESIDENT.

YOU MAY GET IT DONE THRU CAIPSNOTES.COM, CAIPS.CA BUT TELL ME HOWZ IT GONNA WORK??
BECAUSE USUALLY IT TAKES 5-6 WEEKS IN GETTING CAIPS NOTES.

WHEN R U GONNA INTERVIEWED BY CIC???
