hi friends,

I am of Indian nationality and working in Middle East.

as per CIC we can choose the Visa office of
a) as per nationality ----which gives an option of New Delhi Visa Office
b) as per current residence country-----which for middle East, gives an option of London Visa Office.

Please help me what to choose as a Visa Office.

if someone experienced and aware friends can share the merits / de-merits of both then it will be really helpful.

As an expat i spend most of the time Middle East and stay outside India.
It is London Visa office, if you have been staying in Gulf for more than certain period ( i believe it is 6 months/12 months)... But there is no such option of choosing NDVO or LVO...

Ask your boss to advice HR for Network Specialist ...because visa office would keep all your documents and ..............its not small thing that visa officer would ignore you may face refusal ......and one more thing in which NOC you applied........if it was NS then you should get the same letter .......

I applied 2147 and in Saudi, There was an amendment here in the labor law in saudi and Hr amended all the positions accordingly so that it is within the accordance of the labor law. When you will examine they network specialist the categorized it under the category of computer engineer as explained by hr to me. Will that suffice as a support for my explanation just incase?
