By the Grace of God, received my PPR2 today (within just 3 days of PPR1).
My VO is MCH. Until 5th june (when i suddenly received my remedicals), I had not even bothered about my immigration case for several months as my case was very old and super delayed.
I did medicals on 10th june which were submitted on 17th june.
He/She is processing my case superfast because I wrote him/her after remedical request that if I dont get visa within summer, i will not be able to move this year since my kids are in high school and I cannot move in middle of the year.

I have to say, canadians do have a generous heart. I guess thats why they have opened their doors to rest of the world.

God bless my soon-to-be new homeland :)

Thank you for your message. Your file has been reviewed by the immigration officer who has determined that an interview is required to assess your eligibility. We are unable to advise when this review will take place, however, please rest assured that we will contact you with further instructions as soon as the schedule is available.
We trust the above will be of assistance.

hi friends,

I am of Indian nationality and working in Middle East.

as per CIC we can choose the Visa office of
a) as per nationality ----which gives an option of New Delhi Visa Office
b) as per current residence country-----which for middle East, gives an option of London Visa Office.

Please help me what to choose as a Visa Office.

if someone experienced and aware friends can share the merits / de-merits of both then it will be really helpful.

As an expat i spend most of the time Middle East and stay outside India.

I personally suggest LVO .......if you have to stay in UAE .........cause you may be called for interview and interviews are conducted in Abu Dhabi .....and when you would have to sent passport for visa stamp thats also issued at abu dhabi office in UAE.........if you select New Delhi and may be it would be tough for you to travel in between .........rest here are many Indian who selected LVO ...can suggest you in better way ..........

thanks since both NDVO and LVO are applicable.....I am very much confused.
I want to decide which VO is better then other....

I believe for other nationality also same situation, for example pakistan or bangladesh, they also can choose between national & LVO. so, what is thier preference in this regards.

especially indian people living in Middle East should advice, and I am sure there are Many!!!

based on past experience if some one can guide thats really helpful.
