Here my detail:

Feb 2011: Applied a complete application with arrange employment.
Mar 2011: They received my application for permanent residence.
May 2011: They reviewed my application and sent a letter to my employer.
Aug 2011: Received a letter asking for some of my experience and other documents.
Sep 2011: Submit all the requested documents.
Nov 2011: My application was reviewed and they started processing.
Jun 2012: Sent a letter to London office because, I was worried about my in-process status for so long.
Jun 2012: Received their letter saying "waiting for visa-officer review" and it is still in the same status until now.
Feb 2014: Interview in Abu Dhabi. (16 Feb 2014)
Mar 2014: Received medical request (06 Mar 2014)

NOC : 2175 with arranged employment...

Yep.... that was genuine offer...
After interview VO told me they will verify from my employer and will issue MR once clear.

look like that check has been done before sending me me MR.

This is really bad, even for arranged employment they took so long :-\

I thought arranged employment cases finished in 3-4 months by max, but anyway you have passed the toughest time, now all be will good inshallah.

Yes you r right. But I was reading on some of the forums the process for AEO goes same. I heard the VO intentionally made such cases delayed. So that if the job is not genuine it will not remain for that long. But Alhamdulilah my employer talked to me 7 days before my interview and send me a new job letter. He (employer) also interviewed me technically and he was satisfied with me.
