Well no one knows here exactly, but make sense to have CV in front of the interviewer. Sort of dashboard you will understand better being 2174 NOC
It will give him the idea about your over all work experience rather than going through with all of the reference letters and JD.

Good just take the print out of the law stating this thing with you while going for interview.
You may take the recommendation from LVO also.

Yes, at the end if visa officer is not satisfied......visa officer gives reasons for refusal and if visa officer is satisfied he further advice about medical etc. ........yes its really scary and only 30 minutes can change you life......
