Same as We received your application and that's it, dont worry it might take time but will come out positive. if the VO is not satisfied they refuse u there n then. I know one person who gave interview and received rejection after 2 days. His interview was scheduled on the same day when i was called.

okk so after 8 months u got rejection email, so long and what did they said in the email that ur job description does not match with ur NOC or what was the explanation of rejection

remember one guy got rejection after one year of investigation so it takes time if all is true case will not be rejected. in my case as i do not have fresh job letter vo may confirm from my employer. and silmilar case was with iqbal who had fresh job offer letter and was through so it depends upon case to case.

If you think fresh offer letter can make the difference, try getting one(if its easy to do so) and send the original to LVO proactively!!! Just a thought...

Sorry for the delayed posting. Now, I am back in KSA.

Thanks to Allah, I also passed the interview. As mentioned by some other mates, the VO's main focus is to confirms matching of your listed duties and day-to-day routines. He will ask you give examples on your duties and to walk through the process of your work. The interview took me about 30 min. The VO also checked the Forms, Education certificates, Reference Letters, etc.

If you are genuine, you will pass. But, overall it is very stressful for me as it is your life-turning milestone.

Congratulations on your successful interview. I have a query. As you say the Visa Officer wants to confirm matching of the listed duties with the day to day activities. However, I have a situation here. I have applied under NOC 2243. I was working in this job 5 years ago. Now i am not in this job anymore. My current day to day job activities are different than the job under which i applied for FSW. So what will happen in such a case. Please give your comments. Congrats to all who have cleared the interviews and good luck to the upcoming interviewees and those who are awaiting results.

visa officer told me in the beginning he will discuss curent job duties and future job. for current job i gave proofs and discussed too mch which he said ok. but i cud not gave him fresh letter for future job. whn he required proof for future job i gave him old one and at end he only commneted he is not sure wether this job still open or not and will let me know decision and will take time
