i did my medical on 14th of april .medical documents reached london on 23rd of april 2010.i am settled in ireland right now.will be there an interview after medical?if yes wher it will be?should i got to london?pls reply

yes u would have to attend in london incase u have an interview . it all depends if they want to interview regarding security reasons or any other query if they have in mind about work exp etc.

if there is Canadian embassy in Ireland, they will ask u to attend there. it happened to one of the members here. his/ her visa office was in london but he/she was living in UAE. so they asked him/her to attend interview in UAE's Canadian embassy.

Yes shibleebd is right
If they scheduled any interview
they will call u for interview at local CHC Dublin
So dont worry about that
By the way chances r rare for interview after medical though i got it after medical

The Embassy in Dublin is only for Canadians who are stuck and has NOTHING to do with the visas. You will have to go to london if called for interview but its only a slim chance you will be called.

Hi Sherin,

I was called for an interview after the medicals but it was only some kind of quality control check and did not have anything to do with my application. London is my visa office but I attended an interview in the Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi because I was a resident here when I sent my application.

In my opinion, IF you are called for an interview, you will be instructed to go to the embassy in the country of residence wherein you applied. It depends on the information you have sent them.

Were you already in Ireland when you applied? Or did you move to Ireland after you applied and did not inform them?

i m in ireland now.i applied 1 year before under new rule and after i applied afetr moved to ireland.i did my medicals on 14th of april.still waiting for the ppr...wat about u?
