So here is my case i landed here a year ago in some certificate program in a college but dropped off and changed both college and program and started a college in fall but unfortuantely i failed the first semester fully i have been kicked out of the program the advisor told me to get enrolled as a part time student i have already extended my study permit once i have screwed up everything i know but please give me a right path i need help asap and wanted to know that how many times can i get my study permit extended

How many times you can extend your study permit is up to CIC. You will need to convince them that you are a genuine student and are serious about your studies in Canada.

Make sure you aren't working right now. You can only work if you are enrolled as a full time student. Even if you get enrolled as a part time student - you still won't be allowed t work.

Note that if you complete the program as a part time student - you won't qualify for a post graduate work permit once you are finished. You will only qualify for a PGWP if you complete your studies full time.
