Hello all,

I have a niece who wants to come to Canada for her college / university studying.
What is the best current, effective, simple and fast visa program Canada has? And best school to recommend for her with a low cost in Canada, or Ontario?

You need to provide more info such as her current level of education , English proficiency and what course she is thinking of given that needs to be relevant both to current qualifications and home country plans.

Cannot simply ask for some random course recommendation to get a study permit or to recommend a college, it is a significant investment after all even with the less expensive courses/colleges

She just about finish her high school, and would like to study in Canada to become a paralegal, or a lawyer later, if her parent can support. Her English is about 3.4 EAP.
