Hi, I am looking at some options as to how one of the potential employers can help me get immigration.
1. The original company I worked with is small and doesnt meet requirements (no employees and less than three years old.) But he is willing to run a job search ad for a month. It is in the field of my education too.
2. Another company (a client of the primary company) is willing to help since they have been happy with my voluntary services. But is there an obligation on their part to hire me if my PNP under International student stream gets approved?
