International student admission refusal

Hello everyone,
Please assist me.
I applied to UNBC to study masters in Economic Development with CGPA 3.80( second class upper).
I was refused reasons because my Academic grade does not meet the admission requirement into their graduate program.
They said after evaluating my result using the 4.33 grade scale , my result was 2.80 ( not up to 3.0).

Please assist as TRU also gave me same reply.

Are you saying that you didn't get offer letter from UNBC or got a visa refusal? Which country by the way?

I am from Nigeria.
I didn't get an offer letter from unbc.
My cgpa grade from Nigeria is a 3.80 But when converted using the 4.33 scales I got 2.8( below their admission 'requirement)

You need to find a program with lower admission requirements.
