I was hoping someone would be able to help me out. I am currently waiting for approval from the UK Canadian Embassy, I have been approved from France for a working holiday visa and I do not expect any problems with the UK office.
My question is this: Is it possible to go to Canada on a holiday and stay there whilst waiting for my work visa to arrive and after getting my visa start working?. I'm from Ireland so I don't think I need a visa to just go on a holiday and I can stay in Canada for up to 6 months.
I expect my visa to arrive in the next few weeks but I wanted to go for the summer and if I wait for it to arrive here most of the summer will be gone.
Any help is much appreciated.
