Greetings, pls is it possible to get an unconditional admission later from a Canadian institution prior to payment of tuition

Confirmed admission, which one can use to apply for student visa, because I heard most schools will only issue confirmed admission later after payment of tuition, thanks.

that's not true. if your grades are strong and the university/college have all the information they need, they will provide you with the unconditional admission letter.
sometimes they want to wait for a students final grades (from high school or bachelors) before they admit. that is when they an admission letter on condition that you send them the final grades once available.
