Internal Flight After Oath

My Girlfriend decided to surprise me with a weekend away to a different Canadian city as a present for becoming a citizen.

She booked flights for the day after my oath, I know I have to surrender my PR card at the Citizenship Ceremony.

I am concerned to fly on my international passport without any PR card/visa to show airport staff. I am wondering should I attempt to fly on my international passport or should I just present a Canadian government issued ID card with picture and bring along my health card ect as proof to fly.

*edit* nevermind I think this question was answered a couple of threads ago.

I don't think you need a passport to travel within Canada. A driver's licence should suffice.

You don't need a passport/pr card to fly inside Canada 100%. drivers license or photo id is sufficient.
