Hello,

We just received another set of notes and thought of posting it as it might be helpful for others.

*Applicant & sponsor are compatible in most aspect - I guess they check for age compatibility, relationship etc
*both first marriage
*wedding photos depicts performance of well attended ceremony
*couple appears comfortable in the post wedding
*cohabitation appears satisfactory

Whats really interesting is it has the VO full name - we were surprised

That is interesting! How do you obtain the notes? I am early in the process, but find it very interesting to be able to read the notes. Does it cost to order them?
Thanks in advance!

The notes on the applicant costs $5 and can only be ordered by a PR or a citizen in the country and It takes 30 days to arrive. Since you just applied there wouldn't be any comments by the visa officer though you can still apply.

The notes can be applied here: https://atip-aiprp.apps.gc.ca/atip/welcome.do

Wow, it's so interesting to see a VO's notes in evaluating proof of relationship. I can't believe that they would disclose the officer's full name! Thanks for sharing.

And ours says :

The wedding was performed in accordance with cultural norms.
Given a very good and active guest participation, good demeanour and comfort level seen in photos of couple in each other's company-
The relationship between sponsor and PA appears to be genuine.

File reviewed. There is sufficient documentary evidence including photos on file to support a genuine marital relationship.
I have reviewed the divorce docs for both PA and SPRs previous marriages. No apparent concerns.
Eligibility passed.
