The headline is a bit misleading (media tends to exaggerate things). The government is actually keen on reviewing express entry further to make sure the right people are given the chance to live in Canada.

It's an ongoing and positive cycle. Canadians leave Canada to find better opportunity elsewhere. We choose to migrate to Canada to seize that same opportunity
