Intended work in Canada Section, points for LMIA-exempt job offers?

So I'm a bit confused about this section and whether i should ask for an official job letter/offer/recomendation from my current employer (worked here for 1 year now). Anyway cut story short My employer is not willing to deal with work permits and getting an LMIA but wants me to keep me working in the company.

So my question is: Is it worth filling out this section and if yes what do i ask from my employer. My NOC code 5241 Graphic Artist. I read the exempt list for LMIA and it seems that my job code doesnt fall under any LMIA exempt creterias.

Thanks!

Not sure why you think the NOC has anything to do with the LMIA-exempt eligible job offer (apart from being skilled). What kind of work permit are you currently on?
