INSURANCE FOR NEWCOMERS IN MANITOBA

Hi Friends,

When does MANITOBA government provide or cover the newcomers on PR visa? Is it immediately or after sometime?
I know that Ontario provides insurance after 3 months & until then, you have to purchase insurance. Is it same for Manitoba or different?

Please guide me on this. I highly appreciate replies from bottom of my heart !!

New PR's and returning residents are covered from day one. Q2 is referring to people who are moving from another province.
