Inside sponsoring/ outside: immigration is giving me different answers

Any way: This lady also told me if i send in my RP & Sponsor appl before my visitors visa expires i can stay until its processed without extending my visitors visa. She even send me this in an email. How odd because on this subject i had different answers in the past.

If you are going to apply inland, I would send your app to file the visitor extension along with your app for PR. That's what it says to do according to the instructions, and that's what I would follow. I would also include an application for an OWP, so that you can work after AIP in six months. Make sure you pay all the fees up front.

If you decide anyway to do outland, make sure you extend your visitor visa and stay legal in Canada during the process.
