Hello,

I graduated at a college in Canada. And I also double checked that I update it in my profile properly.

According to EE calculator, I'm supposed to get 15 points for Canadian education. Therefore, there is 15 points difference between EE profile points(423) and EE calculator points(438) because of that 15 points.

Can you please kindly advise ?
Please let me know if you need to know more!

Did you check off the education in Canada section in the EE profile? I think if you check it, you will be asked to enter your DLI number and the degree you received. I had initially made the same mistake.

1)
Was this degree, diploma or certificate:
  • from a public post-secondary school, such as a college, trade/technical school, university or CEGEP (in Quebec)
  • from a private post-secondary school that operates under the same rules as public schools
  • a diplôme d'études professionnelles (DEP) or an attestation de spécialisation professionnelle (ASP) earned through a qualifying study program of at least 900 hours from a private school in Quebec, or
  • a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree from a Canadian private school that can legally award degrees under provincial law. (The student must have been enrolled in a study program that led to a degree as set out by the province.)
2)
Was more than half the study program English or French as a second language courses? (required)

In above 2 questions what should i have to do? yes or no?

Answer Yes, if it matches even one of the above statements and ensure your college has an approved DLI number, you can find it here Designated learning institutions list - Canada.ca
Make sure you have a degree/post-grad certificate, and you studied more than 50% of the course here in Canada.
