Inquiry about my Quebec Skilled worker Category Case

I Balraj Kaur 36 years old from Punjab. I have Diploma in Pharmacy with 14 years of work experience as a Pharmacist and my spouse has also same education and same work experience in same pharmacy feid.My IELTS score is 5.5 band and we have one 8 years old child .I applied my case on dated 28th March 2012 under Quebec Skilled worker Category but still I didn’t got AOR from Bureau d'immigration du Quebec. I want to know how much time should take they required for issued me AOR.
