Inquiries about CRS Score

Hi I have a few queries about the CRS Rating Score:
- What is the maximum points I can get as the Principal Applicant on my spouse? He has a 6.5 but I know he can do better. If he has a 8.5 overall, what would be the impact on my CRS score?
- He has recently gotten the Certified General Accountants (CGA) from British Columbia. Can I claim points for it in my CRS score?
- Last but not the least, he is also enrolled in a masters program in University of London. Is it possible to claim points for it since it will take a year to complete?

For spouse, maximum is 20 points. Improving IELTS for principal applicant will see a higher jump in scores as compared to the principal applicant. I retook ielts as my scores made an impact, for a matter of 4 points, I didn't want my wife to retake it.

Not sure if the CGA from BC would increase your score. Play around with the CRS and see if it increases.

For masters in university of London, he needs ECA credentials and can be done on completion. You can claim points once he has finished the course.
