inquires about FSW program

Hi ,
this is the 2nd time to apply for FSW program , last time was in 2008 , but the regulations were changed now so i got some inquires :

• Regarding the identity and civil status documents , these documents need to be submitted with the immigration applications or the CIC will ask for them after processing my application ? what about the language for those documents, they will be in my native language or translated to English ?
• what are the documents needed to be an original or a copy ?
• About the payment : for federal skilled worker application type ,is it available to pay online ?
