My fiance and i we have together 6 years and we are living in peru Now after 13 years leaving in the US but we took a voluntary deportación because overstay in our visa , know We Are planing to move to Canadá we have some friends there that give US advises we want to get Married there and start a life but need to know about how to Apply to a visa please we need to get información how to do it ?
 
You can't just move there unless you have certain status in Canada. For more details, check www.cic.gc.ca
 
Thanks for the información but as a recomendation sould i apply to a regular turist visa there and once EE. Are there apply to a permanent card or apply directly to the embasy for a residence card i really dont know hierro to start.... I hope someone can tell me ny experience how to start???

You can come here on tourist visa but there is no way to apply for permanent residence within Canada ( unless you come on a student visa, finish studies, find a job, then apply to a consulate outside, get interviewed while keeping status on employment visa )

based on your circumstances in which I can understand from your post, you cannot immigrate to canada. neither you nor your spouse is a Canadian PR nor citizen or have any immigration ties in canada like studying or working in canada. you dont qualify, sorry.
