I am writing this thread to get guidance about in-land spouse sponsorship process.
Background:
I am close `WP to PR`, in JAN 2019.
Spouse: Lived with me for a year then we moved to India for 4 months, meanwhile I filed PR as accompanying spouse and also added her medical & pcc in my application.
Current status:
We both are in Canada as she has her OWP & Visitor visa both.
Question:
I am in discussion with consultants and the fees would be 3500 -5000 CAD, which bound me to think that
can I file spouse sponsorship by my own? (I did mine too, but that was online application)
Is there anyone file the application without consultants? if yes, then please let me know the process & precautions to take.
If anyone hired Toronto GTA consultants then please send me contact numbers/Email-id.
