I came to Canada as a student for my Master’s program. However, English test of minimum of 7 across the board came out as a policy. For this reason, I lost my status because I got 9,8,7 and 4 in reading. I recently married my almost two years fiancee who is a Canadian. So rightnow i am almost depressed. But In order to restore my status, which application should I put in first? Inland Spousal Sponsorship or Work Permit through Sponsorship? Please I need your good advice. You have to apply for inland spousal sponsorship first. This won't restore your status. You will have to wait until you get AIP before you will qualify to apply for a work permit.

So you would have lost your status a long time ago. 90 days after you finished studying. What have you done since last December?

I just lost it in October. Do you have any positive advice based on this available information?
