I applied in May 2016 for my husband PR here in Toronto. Everything is done and completed.

Forms all complete
Medical done and returned
Police Clearance Check for all countries.

Police check was sent in November.

Wonding what is the next step and how long to get his PR?

Unfortunately it's impossible to say. Theoretically it should be soon, but there is no guarantee. They were aiming to complete 80% of 2016 applications by the end of 2017 so unfortunately yours is one of the ones that are still hanging out there. I would recommend ordering your GCMS notes, if you haven't already, so that you can get a better idea of what might be going on with your case.
