Hi Everyone! I thought I'd give another update as it's been a little while! Here is my updated timeline 
Application Received: Aug 30 2021
Temp AOR: Sep 16 2021
AOR: Jan 8 2022
Medical Passed: Jan 7 2022 (sent in medical with my application)
Biometrics request: Jan 10 2022
Biometrics completed: Jan 13 2022
Background check completed: Feb 16 2022
Eligibility marked as "complete": Feb 24 2022 (Eligibility has also been marked as complete on Sponsor's side in the tracker)
Pre-arrival services letter received: Feb 25 2022
PR Portal invite email #1: Mar 11 2022
PR Portal invite email #2: Mar 14 2022

Still waiting to hear anything about the PR card. In the meantime I was able to apply for a SIN, OHIP, set up a bank account, and finally start applying for jobs. Basically I now can do everything except leave the country! I really do hope it arrives soon though. I'm looking forward to seeing my family and friends again and bringing up the rest of my belongings!

did they transfer your application to a etobicoke office for further assessment after you got sponsor approval?

From what I can see, I believe my application was transferred to Etobicoke at some point to complete the PR process. I just took a look at my COPR and it says "became a PR at: Etobicoke IR". However, I never received any notification about my application being transferred.From what I've seen on this forum, the types and amounts of notifications people receive is very inconsistent.
I don’t know what ghost update is but my new tracker shows updated today but no change in the profile.
new tracker date changed but no update anywhere..thus a ghost touched our file lol
Update: COPR number updated in portal. All passed on 03/28
