Hello All,
I am a permanent resident who got married in Canada officially February to my wife who is on Study permit(Marter's program) valid until March 2020.
Now I want to apply for in-land spousal permanent application.
Below are my questions:
#1. Can she travel outside of Canada after we apply for in-land application?
I have heard that this is not allowed. If no, then how much is the average wait time? Can anybody share their real experiences?
#2. If she takes summer off (As the University only has 1.5 credit course for this semester), can she still be eligible for Post-graduation work permit (PGWP)? Or she has to still be registered as full-time student during summer semester? What does "have continuously studied full-time" mean? Would this break be eligible for a scheduled break as she has to pay full-time fee for the summer?
