Hi Can Someone please let me know about the form IMM5669 as i am facing some problem here , it returned to me 2 times asking me to complete missing information, I have check 10 times to make sure everything is perfect, only doubt I have is signature as I don’t find any place to sign. Can someone please let me know is there any signature in IMM5669 digital form.

If I’m remembering I recently I had the same issue but only once was I asked to redo it, you have to print the form fill it out with one and sign your signature, there’s no way to digitally sign it. After signing it, upload it as a pdf.
