Hello,

In the IMM5533 document checklist it says the following
You must attach this checklist (both Part A and Part B all pages) as the covering of your package.

What are Part A pages??

I can see B written at top right corner.

Part A is the 1st page of the checklist....under the 2 box....PART A - FORMS REQUIRED.
