Inland Sponsorship 2016 - Timeline question

I know the answer will vary from case to case but I am curious to know:
How long after you submitted your medical were you called for an interview or issued your PR? (Assuming that everything goes well with the medical).

Background information: I am sponsoring my husband from within in Canada. CIC emailed us yesterday (June 6, 2016), requesting him to complete his medical within the next 30 days. I called the clinic designated to preform immigration medicals in my city and booked and appointment for June 18.

I know that no one can provide a timeline for these matters, but I am curious to know how long the process took for everyone else. I am super anxious and excited as I had not received any communication from the CIC before May 15, 2016, and now I have received 2 emails since then!

You may only look at average time on www.cic.gc.ca. Because every case IS DIFFERENT.

Thank you for your answer, unfortunately you have not comprehended my question correctly, as I stated numerous times (as seen below) that I am aware that every situation is different. I am asking for others to share their timeline, I am not asking how long my application will take.

Every case if different.
Try take an average time from www.cic.gc.ca and from it deduct time you waited for medical test request to arrive.
