Inland PR Application - Temporary Work Permit

Hi,

I'm going to submit my Inland PR application by the end of the month if everything work out. I am planning to request also a temporary work permit with my PR application.
I am married to a Canadian and I currently have a Visitor visa valid ultil June, 2018.

I have some questions:

1) Can I submit both applications (PR and OWP) together in the same envelope?

2) I could not find the application form which is designated for the applicant who is already in Canada, the form I found is Application for Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM 1295). Is that the correct form?

3) Another question, in the form IMM1295 in the section DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA (questions1,2,3,4 and 5), they want information about work in Canada, but I am not working and do not have any job offer, because I am a visitor. Can I leave these questions in blank?

Hi,

The correct form for an Open Work Permit is IMM5710.

Put the OWP in a separate envelope from the application, but include it in the same parcel/`big envelope' that you send to CIC.

Write (by hand) across the top of the OWP: `OWP WITH IN-CANADA SPONSORSHIP APPLICATION. PROCESS AFTER AIP'
This alerts CIC that they are not to process your OWP until your first stage approval has been meet, which is Approval In Principle.
