Inland PR application mailing adress

Hello,

I would like to make sure that I have the right mailing address when sending my Inland PR application, is this the right one ?

and to this address I send EVERYTHING in 1 package, is that correct ? the PR application, all the forms, documents, a copy of my new visa extension request which I will send to Vegreville, our pics, etc., and I also include the OWP and the paid receipts in that package. Is that right ?
