Inland - Notarized copy of certificate?

I got married in Toronto early this month. Just got my marriage certificate from Thunder Bay and I was wondering if we need to send simple photocopies or a notarized photocopy?

Does anyone know?

That depends on which country you will be filing your PR with. Look at the country specific guide and it will tell you if a simple photocopy or something other is needed.

*edit* I just read your 'title' again. If you are indeed filing your application inland, then I do believe a simple photocopy of your marriage certificate will indeed suffice.
