Guys,

I am starting to get worried about my passport delay to be mailed.
Passport reached CPC Ottawa on April 7th.
Application approved on April 14th
Passport has not been mailed yet, I have the tracking number and no news so far.

Is this delay common? I really appreciate your comments on this.

thank you!!

Yes. It takes 15~ 17 days to be mailed back after arrival.

Hi All,

Does anyone knows what "Due Date" on GCMS notes means?
I requested my notes on 29 Feb and on the second page it says

Application Assignment
Assigned to:RC-9515
Assigned by: SL01141
Due Date: 2016/03/24

It's almost a month since the due date has passed and I haven't received any updates so far.
According to GCMS notes "eligibility :Met" but in mycic Review of eligibility is still shown as 'Review in progress'. Any idea what could be the reason for this?

Guys,

One quick question:

I am:

FSW Inland
Intended city to stay: Ottawa, Ontario

Just LMIA and new work permit, moving to Montreal, Quebec

Will that be an issue with my PR application? As per the rules FSW must NOT have intention to stay in Quebec.

Please suggest.

If your current address is in QC then that will create an issue for your PR application. You will have to provide evidence to IRCC that you wish to reside out of QC.

I hope today will be the day... :)
I am feeling hopeful.. I really think it's going to happend today... PPR rain is coming

So any PPR this week for FSW Inland-- It's dead silent.

Very happy for you. Congratulations and hope you have an amazing life in Canada.

Very sad for me and others in my position. After the longest 2.5 months of my life, based on your application I may have to wait a further 4.5 - 5.5 months :(

Thanks, and I hope waiting ends soon for all!

Don't judge the timelines based on my application's processing time. My app had run into some trouble that cost me at least 1-1.5 months of extra processing time. As far as I know most of Sep applicants got PPR in end of Feb.

My background check went back to in progress.
