Hi to everyone,is there a lot of people waiting more then 160 days?

Almost 180 now...

Called to CIC today.
Agent opened my application, told that time is not over yet (2 days). When I asked shoul I call after two days because it will be over 6 months.. he told me it will be definetly more than 6 months...
What's wrong??? So worried now

Did you get an explanation at the end? Today is my 163. day,I just hope there are no cases that someone is rejected at this stage

No, he didn't bother to explain.
Waiting for GSMC ordered on Jan 28.

I'm worried about this too. Yesterday CIC rejected the guy with AOR Aug11! After RPRF payment!

Why was he rejected?

It was something wrong with his job offer and Letter of Employment.
Stuff like this should be checked in eligibility stage, before RPRf.

Any idea if he was FSW inland( anything related to LMIA) or CEC? Usually they check eligibility issues early I had heard. Rejection after 6 months is too bad.

You can check Rejection topic. My understanding that he got job offer for full time when he was a full-time student (just couple months)..

I paid RPRF on Oct 20 and Letter saying that your application was found eligible... A lot of people got request to pay RPRF at this day. After, somebody posted that CIC by mistake sent a banch of request to RPRF without checking the files. I tried to google but can't find any confirmation for it. However, people who got rejected in late stages paid RPRF on Oct 20...

Hope for the best. Today is 6 months since I submitted my application.

What about you?

Yes I checked his details in rejection thread, it appears he had LMIA but his letter of employment was not consistent with LMIA, according to CIC he was a full time student and working part time so those many hours were not sufficient as a result he lost the 600 points of LMIA.
In his case it's not clear if he paid Upfront RPRF or he got a separate demand.

I am secondary applicant , FSW Inland and with LMIA that's why I was surprised. We also got RPRF letter on October 21st.

Waiting to see what happens. Ordered GCMS on Feb 8th. AOR Oct 5th.

Congratulations. Best wishes for your life in Canada.

A quick question I'm asking for my benefit and those who may be in a similar position to me. Did your BG ever go from 'In Progress' to 'Not Needed at this Time' back to 'In Progress'?

If yes what was the time Intervals and did you get any 'Ghost' or 'Update' emails?

Your response is much appreciated.

No I was not able to access my account/on-line status after end of November 2015. Feb-29 I got the PPR mail forward from my attorney.

Yes I think application number should suffice. Just login to the GCMS site and proceed and see what information it asks.
