So u mean when they give PR, the email is different..

Yes. You will receive an email clearly requesting you to send your passport, two recent photographs, a self-addressed envelope.
Subject of the email is "Ready for Visa"

that email comes from cpc ottawa asking for passport and photographs and ready for visa written saying your application process is almost complete send these things within 30 days and other instructions.
