I was asked to submit RCMP twice once in July and again in October. So they are issuing PPR with document requests as well.
I also am not a single applicant , I have a spouse !

I would like to thank ever one here , this forum is a example that humans do want to help each other

I hope and wish you all would get PPR soon.

Ya hold on ,I am very sure you are next in line.
Some things have hold true since the start of EE.

1) They are for a fact processing things in batches.
2) No news is good news.
3) 90% will get it under 6 months. Just over 5 months if you are FSW Inland.

hi saj did they ask you for any additional docs in between?

they asked for schedule A on nov 4th. so just checking if they kept us on hold due to this. or this is not the reason.

I'm exactly in the same boat as you are. I sent my application in Oct 2014 under old system but it was sent back as cap was reached.

Got my ITA on June 10 and applied on Jul 9 with the old PCCs. Got my AOR immediately. Medicals passed on Jul 20. And then no update from CIC. My PR application is for two( Me and my spouse who is the principal applicant)

We received an email from CIC in the morning with the subject " Ready for Visa" and requeting for passport and two photos each. This is to be sent in the next 30 days. Is this the email everyone talking about as PPR? I'm sure it is but just want to confirm.

MyCIC is not updated yet.

MyCIC still shows the below status..

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Passed
Review of submitted documents No additional documents are needed at this time
Scheduling an interview Not needed at this time
A background check is needed In Progress
Final decision Not Started

And for all those waiting, keep fingers crossed. EE applicants are in much better situation than those that applied before. Now, I'm happy that my october 2014 package is returned. Everything happens for good.

I would like to thank everyone in this forum for the great help and advice and would like to share some information on my appln if it is helpful to anyone.

My first paper application was sent back by CIC after 2-3 months saying Cap filled last year. It was a shock as I was waiting for the AOR letter in my post.
Then I started this new process of EE and got ITA under FSW (I was eligible for both FSW and CEC) on July 17 and submitted application on Aug 19 (Appln Includes my spouse as well). I used the same PCC from Oct 22, 2014 as I haven't visited India after Oct 22.
No LMIA/Job offer/PNP. I am intra-companee transferee with closed work permit. Paid all the fee together at the start and so far no additional doc request. Lost ecas access 2 months back like so many other people here and never got it back.

MyCIC still shows the below status..
