HI. I just read in CIC website that Existing Work Permit Holder inland can actually apply as FSW if your current employer who sponsors your Work Permit is willing to offer an INDETERMINATE JOB Offer.
Do you know how can the company make an Indeterminate Job Offer (considering a current employee under work permit)? Any sample out there?
Does it have to be same position? or Same Salary?
Also, do you know where should I send my application to?
I really will appreciate any help to those who know how the process will be like.
