Inland Dependent Child Sponsorship 2026

Hi Everyone,

I submitted my toddler’s dependent-child sponsorship application on August 29, 2026. He is living with me in Canada. As of October 17, my portal still shows “Submitted” and I haven’t received an AOR.

Anyone who submitted an inland dependent-child sponsorship in Q2 or Q3 2026: Have you received your AOR? If so, when did you submit and receive it?

All child sponsorship application are Outland applications even if the child is in Canada. It hasn’t even been 2 months so very normal to not have received AOR. 2-3+ months is fairly normal but it always comes down to the specifics of your applications. If you have only recently applied to sponsor your toddler have are you compliant with your own RO?
